Here we go again.....

WE keep trying and trying but seeing some progress this time!! Her quote yesterday was, "mommy I know they really do want to come out and go swimming."(thanks daddy for using such great encouragement).

Summertime

We are having a great summer. I have to be honest I was a little nervous about this summer with a newborn and two active toddlers. Last summer I was pregnant, hormonal and HOT. This combination did not make for a "Fun Mama." But, this summer we have had so much fun going to the pool, having lemonade stands and time at the lake. Flash has become a great summer and both of them are now jumping off the diving board. God has been sweet to constantly remind me that this season is shortwith these kiddos and to enjoy.

Fiesty has had 3 lemonade(or when desperate-OJstand) stands so far. He sets up himself and raises money for when the ice-cream man arrives.

Costumes are almost everyday this summer. Fiesty is showing off her "Dance camp" moves.

It had been a really BUSY day....sleeping is s fun!

Little Bit's FIRST beach weekend....

So, to recover from our Baptism we headed to Mac Mac's beach condo. It was Little Bit's first time to the beach, but unfortunately he never quite made it down(thanks to Mrs D being on our trip). Flash and Fiesty had a blast. Mom did such a great job of photos that we didn't get any until our last night at the restaurant. We had a fun evening of dinner, boats and feeding the fish! The beach is a little different these days(laying out, reading and boat drinks are missing), but still a great time!

Yes, I just started the golf shirt wearing after he begged me for COOL clothes. Glad I still have baby Adams and the bubbles!

Baptism weekend

Wow, I am behind on posting. May 20th was avery special weekend for our family. ALL THREE of our children were baptized together. It was a "bit" crazy, but a special time for our children and family. We decided to start the weekend off right and have friends over to celebrate the event. Just like the invite said, "delectable apps and merrimont" were served. Our home was filled with special people that love our children.

The baptism morning was crazy. I was up at 5:30 in order to get everyone out the door by 8am. Outfits were ironed and after our wrestling match of getting 3 kids dressed everyone look beautiful. The service was nice with lots of squirming, waving and crying but everyone received their SPRINKLE and made it through. Fiesty was our "interesting" one as she was up there saying, "I don't want to be baptized....daddy I really don't want to be baptized."(exhibit A of pictures). But, like any good parent we MADE her do it!! She had practiced too much in the bath to not follow through with her performance.

Lunch at the country club hosted by Pop was very special with the whole family. It was a weekend we will never forget. I pray for our children that this day begins their journey of Faith in Jesus.
